Girls Ministries Girls Club

Girls Ministries is the Assemblies of God national ministry for girls and young women between the ages of 3 and 17. The program began in the early 1950s when women began to see a need for a ministry to teach missions principles to young women and to prepare them for future involvement with the Women’s Ministries program of the Assemblies of God.

While there have been changes in the program since then with regard to age requirements, curriculum, etc., the ultimate purpose of Girls Ministries - winning girls to Jesus Christ and teaching them to live according to Christ’s principles - has never changed.

Girls Ministries has a five fold purpose:

1)To win girls to Jesus Christ through love and acceptance.

2)Teach them to obey everything Jesus commanded us – developing girls spiritually and mentally.

3)To provide encouragement, support, and accountability through lasting Christian relationships.

4)To provide an environment for girls to develop their gifts and abilities.

5)To acquaint them with the Great Commission of Jesus Christ our Lord


Mpact Clubs                                                                                                                                                         Rainbows: The Noah’s Zoo Club, Mpact girls club for preschool girls and boys (ages 3-5)

Daisies: The Sunshine Club, The Mpact club for kindergarten girls.

Stars: The Fun Club, The Mpact club for third – through fifth - grade.

Prims: The Discovery Club, The Mpact club for first – and second - grade        

girls.

Teen Girls Clubs

    Friends:  The Where You Belong Club, The Teen Girls Ministries club for sixth -           

    through eighth-grade girls.

    Girls Only:  The G.O. Club, The Teen Girls Ministries club for high school girls
